Pawhaoa Bay Lodge offers a choice of 2 ensuite guest rooms housed within the main Lodge and 2 Villas situated 30 metres through tropical garden adjacent to the main Lodge.

Lodge Rooom Rates (minimum stay 2 nights)

Bed and breakfast: $450 double per night.
No self catering option available.

Family Rates: Available on application.
Maximimum of 2 adults / 3 children.

Dinner: Is available as an optional extra @ $90 per person and includes complimentary pre dinner drinks and 3 courses.

Room Description: Two king/twin bedrooms with separate ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom ensuite has a bath and separate shower, the other bedroom ensuite has a shower only. Both bedrooms have ranch sliders opening onto deck, lawn and beach. These 2 rooms are ideal for a family with up to 3 children.

Villa Rates (minimum stay 2 nights)

Self Catering: $400 double per night. $60 per extra person per night. No single rate.

Bed and breakfast: $500 double per night. $100 per extra person per night.

Maximimum of 2 adults / 3 children.

Dinner: Is available as an optional extra @ $90 per person and includes complimentary pre dinner drinks and 3 courses.

Room Description: Two Villas. Set in tropical gardens adjacent to the main Lodge with the lower level opening onto decks lawn and beach front. Each has a ground floor with living, dining and kitchen facilities with ranch sliders opening onto deck with outdoor table and chairs and barbeque. Upstairs comprises a large king/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large bath and separate shower and magnificent views. The bedroom has a ranch slider and a deck overlooking the harbour. There is a comfortable rollaway bed to accommodate a 3rd person downstairs.

Deposit and cancellation fees

Non refundable 20% deposit required to confirm booking or 1 nights accommodation, whichever is the greater. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff applies if cancelling within 14 days of check in date and 100% of the total tariff if cancelling within 72 hours of check in date. Accommodation available from 3pm on day of occupancy and vacating at 11am on day of departure.
