Room types and Rates: Two Villas. Each has a ground floor with living, dining and kitchen facilities , with ranch sliders opening onto deck with outdoor table and chairs and barbeque. Upstairs comprises a large king/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large bath and separate shower and magnificent views. The bedroom has a ranch slider and a deck overlooking the harbour. There is a comfortable rollaway bed to accommodate a 3^rd person downstairs.
Villa Rates; (minimum stay 2 nights) Self catering: $400 double per night. $60 per extra person per night. No single rate. Bed and breakfast: $475 double per night. $100 extra person per night.

Dinner is an optional extra @ $90 per person and includes complimentary pre dinner drinks and 3 courses.

Lodge.
(no self catering available; minimum stay 2 nights)

Two king/twin bedrooms with separate ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom ensuite has a bath and separate shower, the other bedroom ensuite  has a shower only.  Both bedrooms have ranch sliders opening onto deck, lawn and beach.

Lodge Rates.  

Bed and breakfast: $450 double per night .

Dinner is an optional extra @ $90 per person and includes complimentary pre dinner drinks and 3 courses.

Deposit and cancellation fees
Non refundable 20% deposit required to confirm booking or 1 nights accommodation, whichever is the greater. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff applies if cancelling within 14 days of check in date and 100% of the total tariff if cancelling within 72 hours of check in date. Accommodation available from 3pm on day of occupancy and vacating at 11am on day of departure.
