Pawhaoa Bay Lodge specialises in Pacific Rim and Mediterranean styles of food, using the best of New Zealand’s beef, lamb and seafood.
Dinner
is an optional extra @ $90 per person and
includes complimentary pre dinner drinks and 3
courses.
An example of
our cuisine is... Entrée of roasted baby
beetroot served with warm gorgonzola and walnut
dressing served on garden fresh salad leaves.
Followed by roasted eye fillet of pork wrapped
in bacon and served with an apple/mint
marmalade. Accompanied by a selection of roasted
vegetables and green vegetables from our garden.
Finished with a mouth watering desert of hazel
nut meringue served with fresh raspberries and
cream.
This
fine meal can be accompanied by some of NZ's
award winning wines, from our small but select
wine list.
